Challenge a published rating: name the product and the criterion, explain what you think is wrong, and attach evidence if you have it. You need no account.

What is wrong, and what supports it, in 30 to 5000 characters. Only the rating committee and support read it; the status page never shows it.

We send the receipt and each status change here, with a private link. We delete the address 90 days after the decision is published or the dispute is withdrawn.

Evidence files

PNG, JPEG or WebP images, up to 10 MB each and at most 5 files. Every file is checked for its type and stored privately; only the rating committee sees it.
